Panera Bread - HINGHAM

I have to talk about the service today! Despite the power outage in Hull all day, the staff was incredible, helping all the extra guests trying to get food and charge their devices!

As a recently active veteran, I wanted to share my experience at your restaurant. Recently, I donated to the Forget-Me-Not charity for veterans, and during my visit, I encountered your manager, Brian, who had also volunteered for the cause. When I arrived, he recognized me and asked about my plans for the upcoming week, prompting me to recall our meeting from the previous week. I was truly touched when he wished me luck and generously covered the cost of my meal. Brian is not only incredibly kind and generous but also an exceptional manager.

The staff there are extremely courteous, and the service is impressively fast. I ordered bagels to go, and they kindly cut them for me. They also took away the dirty dishes from our table. Overall, my experience was enjoyable while I was there.

I like to come here in my free time to sit down and read or get some work done. I've always had a great experience. Staff is very nice and friendly, the manager who I always see on weekday mornings is very nice. I usually only get a pastry or drink though so I can't really comment on the actual food like sandwiches. Nice place to come and relax or grab a quick bite to eat. I will say though that it does get busy/crowded at lunch time but other than that I love coming here.
