Waffle House - Hinesville

Stop going to waffle houses years ago because I did not like the atmosphere or cleanliness of the restaurant but I came to this one and was pleasantly surprised Customer Service was wonderful and there was no ? ants crawling around or water and food all over the place. Will return to this one again.

I haven't been to a Waffle House in a long time and this was my last time. I am sad to say this location killed my love of this restaurant. The waiter that was taking my order was over talked by another waitress, so he couldn't take my order properly. While my order was being made I noticed a tomato lying on the cutting board. I asked if that was my tomato and the cook said yes and I told her I didn't want it. She says to me that I told her I wanted it and now I didn't. We've all heard the stories about Waffle House workers so I didn't want to argue with her and it escalated. She took the tomato and threw it back into the container with the other tomato slices. Disgusting. And for those prices they should have better standards. Definitely not the standards Waffle House had 15 years ago.

This is my go to WH in Hinesville. Thank you Brittany for conducting my order with ease today. Thank you for being able to manage the busyness of the environment while providing a positive attitude and efficient customer service!

Great vibes.. great food.. great prices. My husband and I have been here a few times and this location never disappoints! Everyone is so friendly! We prefer to come here for breakfast. It's a great way to start the day!
