I wish I could give this place a negative rating because the cleanliness is a major issue for me. I ordered through the drive-thru, and when I got to the window, the employee was wearing a nightcap. WOW, that was really disgusting. I don't want to receive food from someone wearing a bonnet! I immediately went online to file a complaint, but of course, I haven't heard back from anyone following up on it. Clearly, there are no management standards in place, or perhaps no one cares. If employees can come to work wearing a duvet on their heads, it shows a lack of professionalism.
Order was right, but Sandwas unusable. Taste like rubber. I never had that before.
I've never had a bad experience here. Nice staff, good food, never busy.
