Freddy's Restaurant - Hilo

Our small group of pensioners go to breakfast every three weeks at 7AM. It has excellent food and at reasonable prices. You also have a take-out sandwich selection along with a small convenience store. Your building(s) are slightly older. This is where the locals hang.

We love it here. Good for local meals. Large won ton of mines or breakfast dishes are also very popular. You have a sweet bread roast that is excellent. And their Bengos come with a variety of popular local dishes in a plate so you don't have to choose. We as a family stay back because the food is delicious and the price is affordable. You have a restaurant page that the page that this review is about and also about the counter order and take it with you or you can choose to dinate in their less formal area. So or so the food is great!

For 30 years in Hilo. Fair prices and good food. Go to a local Hawaiian restaurant. They serve a big burger for about 5 or 6 dollars. Food and lunch all day. Breakfast and dinner

I had the Gravy Cheeseburger with Pommes. The frits were crispy and fresh. The burger had 2 patches, salad, thin sliced onion, cheese and gravy for diving. Very creepy and so on. Cuz had Chinese chicken salad. Huuuge bowl with Romaine, carrot, peanuts, cabbage. The dressing is delish.

Korean chicken was ok but kind of on the sweet side for me. Also ordered the hamburger steak and was disappointed. Not top quality but if your really hungry then the Korean chicken never fails.
