Phalters cafe is two people,Shawn and Jenny that will bend over backward to make your visit a pleasant one! Whether it is take out,eat in or delectable desserts,they aim to please! Food is phenomenal and well priced! Blows their competition away!
A century home located on the main st of Hillsburgh run by owners Shawn and Jenny who are very down to earth. Everything from all day breakfast to burgers to spring rolls and out of this world pastries! Chocolate,popcorn,you name it! All priced very reasonably.OH I forgot to mention pizza! Take out also available.They made us feel very comfortable and gave us samples of their desserts.Cant say enough about this place! Please try.
I adore this restaurant and wish there were more spots to visit. The food is delicious and guilt-free.
As the weather transitions, I am craving a comforting soup and sandwich for lunch. Since this restaurant is just a quick elevator ride away, I decided to give it a try.
