Dunkin' - Hillsborough

Horrible service. Finally stopped going there because it got to the point where almost every order I placed was either wrong, cold, or missing something. They literally have ONE nice employee. The rest are a bunch of kids who obviously don't try or careabout getting it right, and the mouthy attitudes on the majority of them made getting my daily coffee a lesson in aggravation.Started going to the other one on 206, and rarely if ever get a bad order from them. It's a shame. The staff a few years agowas outstanding. Current staff can pretty much kick rocks.

The service is always terrible.. the kids play around in the back and mess up orders. The boys never get my order right when they are at the window. My macchiato always tastes different!! That's a problem FIX IT!!!

We went near closing time. Only the drive up was open. They had one glazed chocolate cake donut left and it was kinda dry but the mango smoothie was good.

Never follows directions for anything. You order online, then they always ask you again what was in your order and you have to spell it out again for them. What 's the point of a receipt then? Plus, you give specific direction for a coffee, like the amountof milk and sugar, they never follow it, I always have to fix it at home by dumping coffee and adding milk and sugar. Plusthey obviously don 't use the type of coffee I ask, way too strong. Tried coming back to Dunkin after having switched already toStarbucks, I see that Dunkin is getting even worse. Never have to fix a coffee at Starbucks, only Dunkin is like that.
