Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse - Hillingdon

Since the start of the Pandemic, the restaurant has seen some changes, but the staff remains friendly and helpful. The food is enjoyable, and there is complimentary drinks available. It's a pleasant spot to unwind before a flight, with a variety of seating options, including ones that resemble beds. Numerous charging points are also provided for various types of plugs. Despite the ongoing construction in Terminal 3, the journey may seem lengthy, but the visit is definitely worthwhile.

Jake was an excellent server who kept us entertained throughout our meal, despite my unusual requests. Lisa is the friendliest person I have ever encountered, and I wish she could be my adoptive mother.

The staff at this restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was good and they even offer free newspapers and drinks. However, the elevator was not working as of February 2024, so you have to navigate through T3 to get to the restaurant. The decor looks a bit worn and could use some updating, but the staff make up for it with their excellent service.

The Virgin Clubhouse is first rate I have not been here for some time (I usually fly emirates first) but the staff at this club lounge are absolutely amazing. They are so professional and very attentive, but also friendly and humorous. Everybody at Virgin can be really proud of the service which is delivered in this lounge.

During my recent visit to the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse, I had an absolutely delightful experience that went beyond my expectations. A significant highlight of my visit was the exceptional service provided by Maryka, the mixologist. Her personable and kind demeanor added a special touch to the already wonderful atmosphere. Maryka crafted some truly unique and delicious drinks, including a special creation she has entered into an internal contest for Virgin Atlantic's upcoming anniversary. The creativity and taste of her drinks were outstanding, and I sincerely hope she wins! I also want to extend my appreciation to Ben and Anna, who were equally impressive in their roles. The teamwork and camaraderie among the staff were evident and contributed greatly to the welcoming environment. The culinary experience was top-notch, with the grilled salmon being a standout dish – perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. Additionally, the shower facilities deserve a special mention for their immaculate cleanliness. The high-quality soaps and soft towels provided a refreshing and rejuvenating break, especially appreciated during travel. Overall, my visit to the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse was a memorable one, largely thanks to the fantastic staff and their attention to detail. It's these little touches that make a big difference in the travel experience. Kudos to the entire team for maintaining such high standards of service and quality.
