Melisi - Hillingdon

Booked lunch for 4 on a Friday at 1:30pm, needed to finish by 3pm, actually the right amount of time. It was a lovely sunny day and originally sat by the front window, waiter quickly took our order for drinks while we decided what to order. After 10 minutes I was baking and asked if we could move, on a normal dull day it would be a good place to sit but not on a bright sunny day. Waitress was very accommodating and we moved to the rear and it was such a relief. Three of us ordered pizza and we were not disappointed, the base was thin and the toppings tasty cooked to perfection. The vegetarian pasta dish was equally delicious according to friend. We all had the Italian desert, biscuit and ricotta cream filling which was good. My elderflower and Prosecco cocktail was refreshing and tasty. All in all an excellent experience, was my first visit and will not hesitate to return.

Always great service been there many times Love the food, it’s tasty and service is always exceptional. Drinks are also good I’ve always enjoyed a glass of wine. The Tiramisu is the very best don’t miss it as dessert.

The service was as warm, authentic and welcoming as usual. The quality of the ingredients consistently good and the pizza was surely worthy a visit even for Italians in London for a couple of days only.
