Cafe Olive - Hillcrest New Zealand

Lovely little cafe, came around 10am very busy. But Service nice and fast, seems like a popular local cafe, coz cafe next door ia very quiet.

Cafe Olive is a lovely cafe that hides itself away in a busy spot. The mild Mediterranean theme just makes this place summery and somewhere nice to relax. The coffee is wonderful, the staff are cheery and the small lunch menu is made up for by excellent options.

We almost missed this cafe because of its average rating was only 3.5 when we searched for places for breakfast on our last trip to Hamilton, it was lowest among cafes we found whIch having rating above 3.5. Food was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. Not to forget mentioning, the Feijoa and Custard muffin was so nice and only available during the Feijoa's season. Surely come back again on next Feijoa's season.. :

We have been to Cafe Olive a few times now, great service, divine cakes (yes, I have had a few) and fantastic coffee. At the moment there are guest coffees, great idea. Hopefully these will continue. Great place to cycle too as well, it's located near Bobs bikes. Very handy!I fully recommend a visit here, the service is great, coffee if fantastic and the food is brilliant!
