San Remo Pizza - Hillarys

That was our second terrible experience. It is the nearest pizza place where we live and we will never go back. The first time we ordered additional cheese, pineapple etc. and it had hardly any extra topping on it (you calculate $2 extra per...topping). The second and recent (king) we ordered, were said to be 15 minutes and waited 1 hour and 20 minutes, along with all other customers. Since the business had a new owner, they have become punctual with their blows, and the service has gone down the drain. No discount was offered on both occasions. They also overload their pizza, almost $30 for their most expensive x-big size.

I recently tried San Remo since it is new in the area and I was pleased with the customer service. They even checked back with us to confirm if we wanted anchovies on our pizza. The pizza arrived promptly, was piping hot, fresh, and had the perfect amount of toppings. As happy new customers, we will definitely be ordering from here again.

I ordered two family-sized takeaway pizzas. There were no issues with the collection process. However, the food itself was disappointing. The base was soggy and soft, almost like pita bread. It had a gooey texture, almost like chewing gum, and the dough was undercooked. The taste was also lacking. I can't remember how the pizzas ranked compared to everything else I've eaten. Overall, I was not impressed with the quality of the pizzas.

Great quality and quantity of toppings on a delicious non-fat basis. Super fresh super fast recommended.

I’ve been going to san remos for easy 20years before I moved up north for 10 years. Came home for Xmas hoping the place was still open. It’s been kept in the family and the pizzas Are better then ever. If you like old pizzas...with rich sauce and good quality and abundant toppings san remos is the one and only
