Applebee's - Highland

My partner and I visited Applebee's on Veterans Day, and we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. The beer cheese pretzels were delicious, and the wontons were also a great addition to our meal.

The food was cold, and the service was unprofessional. The server didn't give me a bill but was quick to take my $100 bill, only to return with the wrong change.

I placed a to-go order and typically don’t write reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience. I ordered a steak that cost $30, and unfortunately, it was dry and overcooked. Additionally, my order was missing mashed potatoes...

I visited the restaurant on Valentine's Day, and I had a delightful experience. Our waitress was wonderful, and the food was outstanding.

Not starting good. Came in at 6:45 pm on Friday. Was told it would be a 45 minute wait. That was annoying because I could see 12 clean tables ready for customers. Happily we were seated after 20 minutes. The server was pleasant, and quick. The table was wobbly. The food was good, but there is an up charge in price for anything other than the very basic meal. I gave a lower rating for the annoyance of being told there would be a 45 minute wait.
