Burger King - Highland Park

No offense, but if I can't order it my way than don't say you can. I ordered 1 chicken sandwich and 1 quarter pound berger, both with mayo and onion. The burger had mustard and pickles only and the chicken had lettuce and onion only By the way your app sucks I could not use it spent 20 minutes trying to get my free whopper from T mobile, And almost wasted my whole lunch break needless to say I will not be using your app

Beware of the drive through woman here, 2nd time i drove off with out my card, by the 2nd time i realized whats happening she my held onto it,l for too long! When the order arrives by then you forget about your card and drive off. I went back she had a pile to look through for my card, which indicates to me this is a set up. When any fast food order taker takes your card for payment they should hand you back your card right away not lay it down for minutes while you wait for your order. She told me i forgot it, ovcourse i did, scam in disguise.

Not fresh., meal was horrible. heated from yesterday. Very bad.!!!!

They reheat previously fried food items in the microwave instead of making it fresh for you. Everything was soggy and bland. The employees here are beyond lazy.

Very clean BK, happy, energetic staff....especially Martha who will give you a big smile and is extremely helpful and patient. Food is consistent at this BK...our go to for meals almost every day and snacks. This BK like a family....always a very good experience. Just came back from trip to Indiana...not one compares to qualtiy of food or staff like the one at Highland Park Skokie Valley site. Keep up the good work it is appreciated!
