Taco Bell - High Point

The most nastiest restaurant I’ve ever been to. The tables were all dirty. The bathroom was ridiculously dirty. Water everywhere on the floor. Customer service was so poor. How is this restaurant passing its inspection?

Poor customer service I went through we orders then I got to the window didn’t say hello nothing just put his hand out and then handed us everything then didn’t say nothing turns out I orders three supreme tacos with tomato’s and then I looked one single tomato on taco alone they didn’t even try to do their job

I had a DoorDash order and waited 10+ minutes after I arrived because it wasn’t ready yet. when the lady came to the window she said that I was delaying other orders. There was nobody behind us in the drive thru at the time. When she finally gave us the food, I asked for the drinks with the order and she refused. Awful customer service and you will know which employee it is by a crusty multicolor durag on

Took a long while to get the order (used the app and food was presented at least 15 minutes past the your order 's ready alert). Got to the car noticed a chalupa was missing; went back and had to endure attitude from staff and more wait time for the final item. Used to love this store, but this was the last in a string of bad experiences.

The line was kind of long but the service was taken forever Taco Bell has went down it used to be a hell of a lot better. They spent all that money on those fancy kiosk but it doesn't seem to get your order any faster the people honestly looked aggravated that we were there getting food. The food was way too expensive too
