Eis - Hico

The staff were really friendly people. The ice cream was delicious and the environment was great. There was plenty of space inside for our group of 12 and it was clean and well lit with large windows. It made you feel like you were in a bright, funspace having great food with family. They even make an ice cream sandwich with fresh baked cookies and hand dipped ice cream.There were over a dozen flavors to choose from and several different toppings available so everyone found something they liked.

Everything was fabulous! I like how simple the menu is! It helps indecisive people like myself make a choice faster. Lol I ordered the turkey sandwich and it was delicious! They smoke the turkey in house and make the bread inhouse as well. Definitelygoing to be back! It's worth the hour drive from my house. Perfect little lunch spot.

Had the smoked chicken salad sandwich on their jalapeno bread with a side of chips. Deeeeelicious!

Eis is the downstairs shop to a 3 room hotel upstairs. Eis is lively and offers great artisan sandwiches and ice cream. A good break for a nice, quick sandwich or evening dessert.

Crazy good! Smoked chicken salad on Jalapeno bread was amazing. This place alone is worth visiting from your way to Hico. The owners are proud of what they do. Friendly and charming. You have to try.
