Pho Vietfresh - Herndon

We have been coming here with my family for the past 3 years! Food is great we love everything on the menu. But lately the service has been poor. server Bi P has been very rude doesn’t get the order right and never checks on the table after the food is deliver. Rude and walks away when trying to get her attention.

I also think this is the best Vietnamese restaurant in Virginia.It's a little slow due to lack of staff, and the location is a bit far, but it's worth it. We would appreciate it if you paid a little more attention to table hygiene.And the rice noodle soup is too lukewarm. Please serve it hot.

Been wanting to try this Pho restaurant. Fresh ingredients, big portions and modern decorations; seafood pho was good ? they also have bubble tea

Skimping on spices both for pho and Bun Bo Hue is not a good idea as it takes away the authenticity of these meals.

We have ordered here many times and have always been extremely satisfied. The food is delicious and the service is very friendly. The last time we ordered 2 portions of pho. When we unpacked the ingredients at home, we saw that the meat was undercooked. My wife packed up the food again and went back to the restaurant. When asked if we wanted it well done, my wife said yes. At home, we unpacked the food again and realized that the meat was still undercooked. (see attached photo).
