Papa Johns Pizza - Herndon

My order was missing 2 sauces when I went back in the store to get them one of the employees accused me of lying and said that he put it in there I had to go back in the car grab the pizza to show them it was missing the employee still insisted he put it in there and would not give the missing items . I shouldn’t be accused of lying as a customer I felt horrible very bad experience. Please be more professional and kind to others .

The worst location at all !! The old guy with the hat and I think he is the owner or the manager is extremely rude , impolite and has to learn how to treat his customers polite and kindly !The pizza has an awful taste , the tomato sauce was extras sour and the topping is very little , plus you’ll never get coupons at this horrible location . Go somewhere else please and Do Not Waste your money !!!!

Is this how things are done at this location? This is how it arrived about an hour and 20 minutes after placing my order. At least it was still warm, I guess.

Nice place. Value for your money.Vegetarian options: They have all veggies pizza for vegetarians.

I ordered pizzas for my friends and I and they forgot my drinks. I called the restaurant and they said we gave the driver your drinks and that these drivers do not work for them they hire them from door dash and they cannot refund me because I paid cash!
