Steak Escape - Hernando

The service and food are excellent, but the working conditions for the employees leave much to be desired. It must have been around 80°F even without the grill running. The owner needs to address this issue urgently to prevent heat exhaustion or heat stroke among the staff.

I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is consistently delicious, as if it's made with love. The staff is extremely friendly, and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming.

The food is tasty, but what I really love are the French fries. They're well-cut, with the skin on and not overly salty. I do find it a bit pricey, especially when ordering full meals, but it's still a better option than Subway.
