We visited the Herdsman on a Saturday night out with friends and on the Sunday for a roast. A real pub with a great atmosphere good beer and a stunning Sunday roast. Can’t wait to get back.

Our group hires the room here. A nice chap who runs the pub is friendly offers good beer food. A great place if you like darts!

Food cooked beautifully. No fancy food here just well cooked, freshly cooked good pub food. The steaks are especially great value for money and cooked exactly as you ask. Drinks at good price. Friendly local people. Bit like Cheers -where everybody knows your name!
