Our food eventually arrived, but I was disappointed by the large amount of carrots on the plate. I mentioned this to the chef. The food, while being typical pub fare, was not the best and was supposed to be home-cooked. The plate was also excessively covered in gravy. Although I considered sending it back for something else, the only option available was the Sunday roast. Overall, if we were in the area again, this is not a place we would choose to dine at again.

Good beer, great outside seating area and very well laid out following current guidelines.

Great little pub with a great atmosphere! Small inside but stunning round the back with all the little lights tables etc! Very welcoming
