Wendy's - Hereford

I ordered the #11 combo at this restaurant and was asked if I wanted the chicken classic, crispy, or hot. I chose crispy and had to wait for my meal, which I expected at 8:30 at night. However, when I got home to eat, I found that the meal was not what I had ordered. The two meat patties were not chicken and the fries were not hot. I have been a business owner in the same town for over 20 years and I find this lack of attention to customer orders unacceptable. I will not be returning to this restaurant again. Furthermore, my wife's chicken sandwich combo, which cost the same price, was a cold, flat piece of chicken. In short, the franchise owner of this Wendy's location does not seem to value my hard-earned money. I will not be spending any more of my money at this establishment.

We went inside for a frosty, but the lobby was dirty and the employees looked unkempt with no hair nets or caps. We almost decided not to order any food here, but since it was just a frosty, we went ahead. Unfortunately, all they had was watered-down strawberry flavor. I was hoping for better quality from a new location. It seems like all the kids who work at fast food places in Hereford lack a sense of pride in their work.

While driving through Hereford on our way home from a football game, we stopped at Wendy's for a quick meal. Unfortunately, it was the worst Wendy's I have ever visited. We ordered the chicken classic combo, cheeseburger combo, and a 10-piece chicken nugget. After being told to pull forward to wait for our food, the bags were thrown through our window by the staff member, who then quickly moved on to deliver another order. Upon opening the bags, we discovered that they had forgotten to include the ketchup we had requested. I had to walk up to the drive-thru window to ask for some, as all the doors to the lobby were locked. The kitchen was in disarray, with spilled and dropped items scattered on the floor and no one making an effort to clean up. As we started eating on the road, we realized that the only fresh item was the chicken nuggets - everything else tasted like it had been sitting since lunchtime. Overall, the service and quality of the food were both extremely disappointing.

We went in at 10:15 in Herford Tx. ordered breakfast, I asked for coffee,but I was told it cost more to get coffee than a small drink, we were the only ones in the lobby, the girl was rude. The cook that handed our food to us was great. We took it with us instead of eating there.

I ordered a baconator fries and 2 0lain double stacks my baconator and fries were good but when i got back to the truck and went to feed my dogs the double stacks I noticed they were just regular cheeseburgers only one piece of meat not 2 like I ordered
