Little Caesars Pizza - Hereford

Awesome pizza can't wait to come back i got a pizza here on the first day it opened

Their thin crusts are great and the employees are always very nice. The drive through menu and order board don't work and the wait times are terrible and trying to get someone to answer the phone for An order is nearly impossible.

They take forever!! The drive through should be for orders to be picked up not for an order to be placed and then stay parked there until the order is ready. They are super slow.

The drive through was the only thing open and I was still in line 30 minutes after the mobile order said it was ready, but they still hadn?t finished it. They asked me to pull around because part of my order was not ready but would be in 2 minutes and I did, only to sit there for 20 minutes and then get told to get back in line. I waited on my order 1.5 hours after it said it was ready. To top it off while I was in line the same thing happened to someone else but they were given their food after about 5 minutes.

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. I ordered the Great Ultimate Maximum with a thin crust and ended up being charged $18.87. Not only did I pay for the thin crust, but I was also charged for each individual topping, which added up to a surprisingly high total. A man who ordered the Great Ultimate Superior and Wings after me was charged significantly less. When I asked the cashier about my charges, he insisted that everything was correct. I expressed my disbelief at the amount I was being charged, and he simply replied, "Good." After this experience, I doubt I'll be coming back.
