Taqueria Jalisco - Hereford

I visited this restaurant for the first time and wasn’t quite sure what to expect. I decided to try their tacos, ordering one of each flavor to discover my favorite, and I found them all to be delicious. Before coming here, I checked out a place across the street but didn’t enjoy the atmosphere because the music was too loud. In contrast, this restaurant has a much calmer and quieter vibe. The service was excellent, and the prices were quite reasonable.

The smothered burrito was amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly!

We decided to eat at this restaurant during our Boy Scout trip to Philmont Scout Ranch. A number of the boys ordered the beef fajitas, and they looked and smelled delicious. Because of this, we made it a point to stop here again on our way back home from Philmont. After ordering 14 plates of beef fajitas, we all settled into our seats, excited about the fantastic food, friendly staff, and excellent service. I will certainly make a point to dine here again if I'm in the area.

While passing through town, I chose to dine at this restaurant, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The woman who served us had a rather disdainful attitude, which left a negative impression from the start. To make matters worse, she repeatedly put her fingers in her mouth and nose while serving the food. It was truly unsanitary and completely ruined my appetite. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
