Sonic Drive-in - Hereford

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to poor service. After placing my order, it never arrived. When I called to inquire, I was simply told to wait. Really? So, I decided to go through the drive-thru, where I ended up waiting 15 minutes with no service. Eventually, I just drove off without anything. This isn't the first time I've faced such issues; the service has been consistently unacceptable for a while now. I won't be returning, as I'm done with Sonic in Hereford.

Terrible experience. They served us reheated hamburgers. The meat was dry, and the cheese was all dried out too. Seriously, who would want to eat that?

Every time I visit this restaurant, there's always an issue. I stopped by during my lunch break and ended up spending the entire hour trying to eat. To make matters worse, they served me the wrong drink—so frustrating!

Badly visit a sonic at all. I could not understand two different commands. could not change properly again. can't understand. I paid with 20 and instead of getting a 10

Slow service. Girl on the speaker obviously could not do her job. Then after a long wait. They brought out the food and everything was wrong except for the drinks. After two more time they finally got it all straight.
