Radway Bridge Garden Centre Hereford

What an awful experience!!! Waited almost half an hour to find our breakfast hadn’t even been cooked. Then waited for the manager to give us a refund! The Lady serving at the till offered no apology!!! Awful experience ever!

Went to buy a garden umbrella from here yesterday. There were none on the shop floor that suited me. Staff were incredibly patient and kind going out of their way to rummage through the stock room to find the colour I wanted. Can’t praise these people highly enough. They are amazing.

Relaxing wander around the garden centre followed by lunch in the cafe. Yummy

Staff not very welcoming not one smile or a good morning from any of them must be a Herefordshire thing

Always a pleasant experience visiting this lovely garden centre. The staff are extremely helpful and the plants are beautiful. There are some lovely goods in the gift shop also. The Mulberry coffee shop is excellent too, especially as they’re dog friendly. Staff in coffee shop always cheerful friendly and obliging.
