Very very very poor customer service! I ordered a certain pizza and bread sticks and I get what ever the new gen workers decide to give me regardless what my order and I paid .cant call anyone to get this corrected. No one answers I feel i got robbed. The workers do not wash there hands after money handling little caesars you gotta do better then this !! Im going to take this to social media Im sure something or someone will make something happen

Ordered my ICB x2 online 37 minutes ago and went into the store when ur said it was going to be ready and it still wasn't even prepared. 50 minutes total wait time for some cheese bread is RIDICULOUS! and folks wonder why I order John's

It’s 7:09 and the App said ready by 7:40 the place is packed of people who ordered ahead and still their orders are not ready. Seems like they are always short staffed. This happens all the time. Need to find a new pizza

Doesn't Matter if you pick up, deliver, or order instore. The service here is non-existant. I could hear the phone ringing on and off the entire 30 minutes I was inside waiting for a pick up order I placed online 30 minutes before I even got there.
