Quality of steamers (which I have usually preferred) has dropped since the place changed hands. Invariably tough stringy meat, hanging out of the bun.

It took 45 minutes to get three routine subs at 7:00pm. The staff although kind, are NOT in any hurry to get subs made in a timely manner.
