Firehouse Subs Brooklyn Village

I placed a quick pick-up order at the restaurant and found my order on the floor behind the register. Despite being the only customer waiting, I had to wait an additional 11 minutes for my sandwich. The total time from ordering online to receiving my food was 32 minutes. I did not receive the pickles I ordered and my sandwich was made on the wrong type of bread. Although I was offered an apology for the inconvenience, the overall experience was disappointing.

Quality of steamers (which I have usually preferred) has dropped since the place changed hands. Invariably tough stringy meat, hanging out of the bun.

We have been regular customers at this restaurant for some time now and have always received excellent service. However, during our visit tonight, we ordered two large subs but were not offered any side pickles, which we hadn't even considered at the time. Additionally, although we ordered two large drinks, we were given medium sizes instead. The staff member who took our order was not very friendly, and overall, we were quite disappointed with our experience.

The food at the restaurant was tasty, but unfortunately they had run out of Coca Cola. Despite informing the staff, they did not refill the machine. However, they did offer a $1 refund when we brought up the issue again.
