Ono Hawaiian Bbq - Hemet

I picked up dinner for the family one evening, and although the wait was a bit longer than expected since we ordered fish, it was definitely worth it! While waiting, I also enjoyed chatting with other customers.

My recent visit to the restaurant was quite different from my last experience, which was a few years ago. I must say, I wasn't as impressed this time around. The prices are definitely higher, with my meal and drink totaling nearly $18! I was shocked, as I could have enjoyed a meal at a sit-down restaurant for that price. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning. The food didn't live up to my previous memories and certainly didn't justify the cost.

The employees were gathered, chatting, while some of them left with food as we sat waiting. We could see our order just sitting there, yet no one bothered to pack it up for us. After waiting for over 20 minutes, it seemed like no one was paying attention. By the time we finally received it, our food was already cold.

Food is always so fresh and tasty. Fantastic choice for a quick bite to eat. Love the macaroni salad as well!

Ordered online. Kept calling in to assure that order would be done correct before employee picked up order for company order, but the line was constantly busy. Finally spoke with someone and requested to have sauce's placed with the order and was toldall condiments were in the bag. Upon receiving the order there were absolutely none. Spoke with another staff member and insteadof them speaking with the employee that misinformed me the person stated I must've heard wrong because you have to get ityourself in the restaurant because they don't tell customers it's in the bag. Very rude customer service. Food is always greathere and staff is usually friendly but not today.
