Pizza Hut - Helotes

So I ordered several times for delivery naturally from this place, its mostly great, but today I have a hunger for pizza with jalapenos! Guess what?? I swear it was like the end of the world. You just don't mess with a pregnant woman's food! Usually I would let it go, but not today, called with manager, was very professional, beautiful and polite. You fixed the problem, and tomorrow I'll get my jalapeno pizza! I think Pizzahütte in Helotes is still great, and I need to keep the order from there because no pizza place can beat it, and management definitely knew how to treat a crazy pregnant woman!

When you know you have at least 2 meals out if 1...that's a real winner.

The manager was very friendly during lunchtime. He asked for special wishes of my two little girls, then even brought us some bread fresh out of the oven.

About a year ago I would have given Pizza Hut In Helotes a 3 but the last 2 times I ordered it, it was amazing. Not sure what changed, but whatever it was, made me a fan. Oh and thanks pizza hat pizza maker for the great work and to the riders that their guys are great!!! Thank you.

I've seen how other locations pack frozen wrapped pizzas and sprinkle in the oven or already prepared pizzas from the past day and bake them. I understand the need for this practice, I worked in the industry. I'm not sure if this place doesn't, I think you're the best pizza hut in the area by far. Pizza is crispy and tasteful. Drivers are always so respectful and pleasant. You got my order wrong a few times and forget my 2 liters twice, but I always order because I love your pizza. I miss the buffet. Again, amazing tasteful pizza, I wish I could say that about all locations, but it's just not true.
