KFC - Hayes Subdivision

Served me a Zinger with almost no sauce on it and the coleslaw cup was half empty. Struggling to imagine what elicited this service besides malice. I was asked to wait 6 1/2 minutes for the sandwich and it took them over 10 minutes. I don't know a soul here, and I would not recommend trying this location.

It has been many years since our last KFC visit. We both agree that the big crunch is still a mighty fine chicken

Sophia was very kind in the drive thru. She is a shining example for good customer service!

As usual this place was good, the lady who was at the counter was really courteous and helpful, received with a smile and said good bye with much care. Loved it.

The chicken pieces are smaller than ever before, but I don't order chicken pieces, I tend to get the chicken burgers, which are fine, decent value for the money, they always get my order correct and have the food ready fast.
