2nd time eating the food (picked up pizza the 1st time) 1st time eating in house. The food was impeccable, definitely recommend the chicken tortellini alfredo! The service was great even for a party of 10! The atmosphere was legit Italiano, ripe with accents and singing. This is not a place to pass on, go enjoy it all! Definitely didn 't get the warm welcome you 'd expect from a 4.8 start place. The waitress never introduced herself, just took our order. We had to ask for a booster seat for our 2 year old that was clearly not tall enough for the table. We asked for ketchup for the kid 's fries to hide the ice cold temperature and they brought us an empty bottle that just splattered from the 1st attempt. The pizza was undercooked and doughy in the middle and the steak and cheese stromboli had like 2 ounces of water in it when I cut it open. I had to hurry up and put it on an extra plate so it wouldn 't continue to soak into the bread of the stromboli. The limited selection in the area is probably the only reason they have a 4.8 star rating. But hey, if yall like it I love it. Just won 't get anymore of my money. Ps. My server was cold and is really the only front of the house staff member I have any complaint about. The other servers and who I think was the owner were very nice and pleasant to interact with. Always a great place to eat. Staff is very friendly and responsive. I have been there during very busy hours and had to wait, but who wouldn't!? They do their best to give fast service and great food for the size of the place. As long as fellow customers are polite, friendly, and courteous for you to get a seat; it is a must eat place in Gloucester! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
