Hardee's - Hayes

Food was cold even though we live 1 mile from the store. . Fries were stale and hard. no flexibility to them. Myy parrot who eats fries even declined to eat them and let them on his plate. Double bacon cheeseburger looked like a kids burger even hubby apologized or how little it was

Okay so the food was warm and fresh. so no issues there. I received two snack packs three pieces of chicken each with a biscuit. biscuits were fresh. the only issue I have was with the doordash driver because after he dropped the food off I was looking out the window as he was walking back to his car and he stopped by his door turned around unzipped and peed in my grass LOL and I honestly just stood there and waited for him to finish so he could get back in his car so I can walk out front without embarrassing him. I live in an area where its kind of secluded so he probably just had to use the bathroom. but still kind of weird? I guess you got to do what you got to do and if he really had to go that bad especially knowing somebody was home then I guess is whatever on that. sorry for the typos Im leaving this long review on my break. other than that no issues driver fault instructions fine. and my grass got watered at the same time

Everything was still hot! took forever to find a dasher. so was pleasantly surprised when the Apple Turnover was still burn my tongue hot!!

I wanted to express how many workers were exceptional during this pandemic, despite all the inconvenience and adjustments they have encountered. Kaitlyn Saunders in the Hardee?s in Hayes, VA, is one of these people. My husband and I have made many pickup meals since March and this employee is always polite, smiles, so outraged, has taken the time to learn our names, and even knows what we like to order. They just wanted to know that she loves her job and her clients. Rare qualities in today's world. She makes us smile during this terrible pandemic. Janet Pitts, a Hardee customer 12/12/2020?
