Incredible! The service was excellent, and I was very pleased with everything. The hamburger was delicious and generously sized, and the refills on sodas were just perfect. This is truly a fantastic choice—I wasn’t aware of it before, but now I’m a fan. The burger was incredibly juicy and delightful! My only suggestion would be to add some background music, but that didn’t affect my overall experience.

It seems that you must complete your transaction before being allowed to use the restroom, with no exceptions. If an employee disagrees with you and is unwilling to assist, they can simply switch with a coworker during your order. If you can't provide good customer service, perhaps you should find a job that doesn't involve interacting with people. This experience occurred on Saturday, May 21st, around 3:30 PM.

I'll make this brief. Three medium combos should never cost more than $40. Additionally, the smaller chicken patty on my hand-breaded chicken sandwich had me questioning if I had ordered from the value menu—it was barely visible at the edges. Overall, the freshness left a lot to be desired. The only positive was the cashier agreeing with me when I mentioned that the prices were too high. I really doubt many people are willing to pay these prices, and I certainly won't be doing so again.

I usually don 't go to Carl 's because I think it 's too pricey. But after seeing the Sourdough Burger sandwich being advertised on TV, I gave in. Yeah, it was pricey but OMG! Absolutely delicious! Check the lettuce! It 's exactly how it looks in the commercials!! WHY can 't other hamburger joints pull that off? All they have to do now is knock about $1.50 off the price. ??????

The food wasn't hot! Asked the manager to make it fresh, he decided to give me my money back.
