The best cozy coffee place in la grave! They have live music, a packed menu with tons of delicious options, and a gorgeous view of the ocean. Great service and just such a warm atmosphere. I got the chowder in the bread bowl which was a very generous portion and so comforting and creamy. My dad also got the cheesecake and it was delicious!!! They also had a great iced latte with local honey! Get a reservation if you can but if you're lucky without a reservation, you will get a seat at the bar! I recommend!!

This place is the main attraction of La Grave !!! It is SO unpretentious and so cozy! Owned and operated by two young ladies and their moms, this place offers great service and numerous menu options for throughout the day. They have a piano right in the entrance of the restaurant and several other instruments for impromptu performances. The menu has something for everyone at all times of the day and their portions are very generous! Tried the mussels (very good! , the lentil soup (good enough for doubles , the carrot cake (so big you can share ! Definitely stop by!!!

Not only is the food good, but the service is excellent. This place has a great atmosphere, probably the best on the Madeleines. We recommend the wild boar sausage, mussels, and the clam chowder. The large hot chocolates were served in bowls French style and our kids loved them. The lattes were also excellent. My only regret was not asking if they sold the cafe la grave mugs!
