Smithfield 's Chicken 'n -b-q

I just tried Eastern Carolina Barbeque for the first time, and it was excellent! The baked beans and coleslaw were both very tasty.

The food here is overpriced, and I strongly advise against visiting this Smithfield's location. I'd choose KFC or Moore's BBQ any day over dining here again. The service and food quality are absolutely unacceptable.

When I arrived, I was completely ignored. I drove up to the window, honked my horn several times, and could see employees inside, yet none of them acknowledged me. It was incredibly disrespectful. By the time I finally returned home with the wrong chicken again, it was cold and unappetizing. This entire ordeal wasted more gas than I had anticipated and ended up costing me a bit extra. Moreover, I can't help but wonder what they intended to do with the wrong chicken that had already left the restaurant—doesn't that raise some health code concerns?

Food was delicious, lobby was closed due to lack of help but they were accommodating at the window with four orders for one truck.

Yummy food and excellent service! They surprised our kids with a balloon tied to a package of Teddy Grams snacks. They were so excited! It made their day!
