Taco Bell - Havelock

So I bought 4 of the Shredded Beef grilled cheese tacos. Was never told they were out of the Shredded Beef. When I called about it they eventually got back to me and said that corporate told the to just switch to the regular ground beef and let people know that they were out. I called the corporate office and they said that that is not true that is NOT company policy or procedure. The manager eventually called me back and AGAIN blamed the corporate office saying they were told to do what they did and she was sorry I wasn't told they had switched the beef. Personally I feel either the Manager was lying or the corporate office was lying, either way I got something I DIDN'T order and was never told and then eventually was told sorry, like that was supposed to fix the problem.

The food was good but the problem was the service. There was an older woman taking my order and was incredibly rude while doing it. If she can't speak to people without an attitude, then you should probably take her off a headset. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just a taco place off the highway. Nothing special. Food was ok. Nothing special either, but quite good. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

I understand the renovations but I miss the booths, it looks very depressing inside now. I like they moved the kiosks to near the door instead of by the counter making the clutter or people less. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
