Contribuiți la feedbackOrdered the T-mobile Tuesday 's deal via online as you have to order online or in app to redeem the deal. Watched my order be prepared on the website. Said it was ready after like 20-30 min. Went to get it looked like they were closed! I went to go in the door was locked. Lady did to use the other door, so I did. Why were their lights off their main door locked 20 minutes before closing?! They didn 't have my order. They said it was cancelled. That I 'd get a refund. But that would be via online back to my credit card. Well, that was like 3 weeks ago it 's still not refunded. Luckily I asked if they had anything they could give me like a hot ready or something. There was 1 pizza sitting there, but she said no, so I figured it was there for a customer or them to take home. She did have the guy make me a pizza though it wasn 't what I ordered they gave it to me. While I was waiting another lady came in for her order they didn 't have it either, so they made her a pizza also. They also gave her the pizza I saw sitting there as they forgot about it. Lmao so, you 're closing early forgot a pizza there. I hope she or her family didn 't get sick on it. I got food poisoning from the LCP near TSC in J-ville. I was sick for 4 days! Luckily I didn 't get sick from Havelock 's though. I was wary though.

I don't know who they have working there now but it's bad. The fact they served me a burnt pizza, told me they would give me a refund and I STILL haven't gotten it extremely unprofessional. Should Be an 0 for customers service with the black manager that cannot handle a simple refund when they over charge your card. Very poor handling of the situation will be calling corporate almost 50.00 dollars over charge and she just gonna brush it off.
