Contribuiți la feedbackChange my rating from 1 star back to 5. we have been big fans of this place for years, but had some bad experiences last year. we have expressed our concerns about the company and it seems that all the companies that have been addressed by the management have been listening to customers and do not hesitate to make changes. we are back to huge fans!
Our reservation was about 7 clock for 7 people( online booked our table was not ready when we ordered there until 7:10 we ordered 7-10 different toll and apps. and was never asked if we wanted a cocktail, went directly into apps. there were 22 people, among them the bar gardeners who were in the restaurant. 2 manager I saw speak for 45 minutes and never from the deep conversation they had. I ordered a derée and another round roll for my party and my entrée came before my roll. Unfortunately I am in the service industry and was most of my life .. unfortunately I really think that the manager skills and service on this site needs some help earlier manager would run around and ask how is everything? . also they must definitely extend their choices for cocktails or popular items in these days. our register card was quite healthy and I feel for the amount of money spent it should have been a much better experience. to time that I was looking for our server and we were notified that they are a set “ to go ordering” not my problem I said their tabs are 1 ... personal for their “ to go ” according.
I have mixed feelings. the I ordered rarmen got also a roll, both were pretty good. but it's just so obnoxily dark in restaurant. there was a candle that was fired at our table, but they played top 40/pop music? I don't know what an ambiente it is, but I try to have a candlelight dinner while listening to dua lipa game is really weird and confusing. the table we had was uneven, so he literally leaned back and forth, unless my friend or I kept the table with our friends. that was in any case annoying because we were worried about our soy sauce. our server has also inadvertently instructed us to whom we have not ordered. If I hadn't checked the reception, I would have paid $15. eating was good, but the ambiente and the personal lacked, and it is dirty / not well maintained. I think my only option left is taken out
I was at other locations that are much better. the sushi here wasn't cold. the sort was easy. but I like it that it doesn't charge them through dish color. standard 3.75 for each shell on the belt. they can order from the menu if they wanted something different than what was on the transport band.
Wow, that was some of the best Sushi we've had in a long time. The Dynamite Scallops roll was the absolute best. Highly recommended.
