Costa Coffee - Havant

For the second time in a row, I have walked out of this Costa without being served. The service is diabolical in there. If they are not having a good old catch up with one of their regulars, and completely ignoring you, then they are both making drinks, at their own leisure, no rush, all the time in the world! The fact that you have to say be with you in a sec hon 3 times while you make 1 drink tells you how efficient they are not. It wasn 't busy, they weren 't rushed off their feet, it just genuinely felt like they really couldn 't be bothered. Won 't be back, ever again, Starbucks far outshines Costa in every single way.

Well, I 'm sad to be doing this review. I live locally to Complain Costa and I 'm a regular customer. Up until today I 've always thought the place was top drawer. Friendly staff and good coffee. Until a little incident today. Initially dealt with then double standards occurred.. This was addressed with Kaleigh the deputy manager, who had spoken to me about an issue earlier during my visit. When I replied to her regarding the 'double standards ' occurring she clearly had no idea how to deal with it, I was told to ' F k Off, I 'm leaving soon ' and walked away. Fantastic response Kayleigh. Totally and utterly unprofessional. As a member of the management team, you should deal with complaints and concerns of customers. Most certainly not in the manner in how you addressed me. If you can 't deal with this type of query from a customer then you really shouldn 't be in a position of responsibility. I 'm sure my complaint to your senior management will filter down to you eventually. Maybe think next time before you challenge a customer. Best of luck on whatever adventure you 're moving onto.

I come in probably at least 4-5 times a week and staff are always exceptionally profesdional, fast and friendly.

Always popping in here, where I work we all go on a Thursday. Massi is lovely, always so friendly and chatty, a lovely Man. Wouldn't go to any other Costas. Well done Massi we all love you

Costa Waterlooville is situated in the precinct not far from Wilkos. The usual excellent Costa coffee and I had a Bakewell tart. Friendly staff
