The Lad Na at this restaurant is seriously delicious and amazing. However, the orange chicken is not recommended. Despite that, the delicious Lad Na makes up for it and I cannot deduct a star from my rating.
We ordered cashew chicken and sweet and sour chicken, as well as an extra side of fried rice and an order of spring rolls to go. The spring rolls and fried rice were delicious. However, we were disappointed to find that the containers were only half full, with the sweet and sour chicken having a little more than the cashew chicken. When I called to complain, I was told that they put less of the more expensive cashew chicken ingredients in, rather than charging more. Both entrees did not seem to have $12 worth of food compared to other Asian restaurants I have ordered from. Additionally, I had requested a spice level of 0 but found the food to be at least a level 1. The entrees were supposed to come with jasmine rice but we received white rice instead. When I called to inquire about this, I was told that they have jasmine rice but the bag said jasmine rice when it was actually white rice. This experience left me dissatisfied with both the entrees and the customer service.
The fried rice was really good. The lady who took my order was so friendly, and brought it to my car when it was ready, and it seemed petty quick. Thanks!
We order from here consistently and usually the service and food are great. This time the girl who answered was dishonest about missing menu items. This is the third time something was missing from their menu yet advertised by delivery apps. It's odd toget different answers from different people. She was a bit rude about closing times. Pumpkin, we tried to order earlier an hourearlier but it wouldn't go through. I was just disappointed in the teenage attitude. Just as an FYI from two people who workedin food service, you don't ever mention closing times 40 minutes before you close. 5 to 10 minutes is fine but your tone is important. Everyone else I've spoken to is awesome and super nice.
