Letara Grill - Haslet

My family and I visited this restaurant some time ago and did not have a pleasant experience. I was surprised to see positive reviews, as our visit was disappointing. It was around 8pm when we went. I am severely lactose intolerant, and I made sure to inform the waiter of this when I ordered my burger without cheese and mayo. However, when the burger arrived, it had cheese on it. I had to send it back and specifically asked for the buns not to be buttered due to my dairy intolerance. Unfortunately, the burger still came out with buttered buns. By this point, my family had finished eating, so we decided to just have the burger removed. Additionally, we ordered the cornbread as an appetizer and despite me repeatedly mentioning my dairy issue, the waiter didn't inform us that it contained cheese, which wasn't listed on the menu. This lack of communication could have resulted in a serious health issue for me. The staff's nonchalant attitude towards my intolerance was concerning. The customer service was subpar, and the prices were too high considering the treatment we received. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Food: 2, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 2.

Wow! This restaurant is a hidden gem in Haslet. We enjoyed everything on the menu, despite some spotty service. The kitchen staff always made sure our food was delivered promptly. The trout dip was delicious, served with toast for spreading. The rock shrimp surpassed any other shrimp appetizer I've had, and the sauce was perfect for dipping fries. The chophouse burger was cooked just right and the add-ons were served open-faced, making for a tasty meal. However, the standout dish was the blackened chicken sandwich. The chicken was flavorful and grilled perfectly, and the combination of Jack cheese, red peppers, and arugula created a simple yet complex flavor profile that had us gushing over it. I will definitely be returning just to have this sandwich again!

I visited this restaurant once to grab some food to go. My family and I decided to get burgers, and we were very impressed by the place. Not only is it adorable, but it also stands out as the nicest spot in the area. The young man at the counter was fantastic - he was attentive and made sure every detail of our burgers was just right. Despite our specific requests and preferences, he nailed it! The flavor of the burgers took me back in time, showcasing an authentic taste that is hard to find nowadays. We are excited to come back, try more items from the menu, and enjoy the dining experience. We can't wait!

Simple ingredients with great flavor. Ordered the hickory burger and you could tell everything was craft. Each bite had a nice char grilled taste and the fries were excellent. My wife nearly finished off all her fries before taking her first sandwich bite. Service: Dine in Price per person: $10–20

Hardly any chicken in the chicken enchiladas. My wife's food came out cold. The trout dip was great,but over all,the food was not worth the price...cornbread was awesome.... Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
