Harwich Tavern

Very sadly, the Tavern closed abruptly on January 11, 2022. A real loss to year-rounders in the area. Lots of from-scratch entrees, commitment to local music, and a fun, new outdoor tiki area in the spring/summer. Hopefully, there's a change of heart or food and beverage get outsourced.

Hidden gem in Harwich! The food is amazing and the outdoor space with a tiki bar and corn hole is perfect. I highly recommend this place.

This restaurant is a hidden gem! The food and service are fabulous, and the adorable little gas fireplace adds to the cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend it - don't hesitate, run! June is delightful and provides stellar service.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Harwich Tavern in West Harwich. June was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and patiently answered all of our questions about the menu. I was thrilled to enjoy a delicious Greek salad ($9.95), a dish that is not commonly found at many restaurants on Cape Cod. The Flatbreads, which are essentially pizzas, were also tasty. I devoured the vegetarian option ($12.95), despite it having more cheese than I usually eat. My dining companion thoroughly enjoyed her fish tacos ($14.95), though she found the fried broccoli that accompanied them to be a bit too oily. The atmosphere was enhanced by a guitarist playing music, creating a pleasant vibe. Harwich Tavern may be a bit difficult to spot from the road, as it is located in the basement of a large building. However, your GPS will lead you right to it.

Nice outdoor dining area. Outdoor bar with 2 televisions. Corn hole setup. Indoor bar and dining space. Understand they are setup for overnight guests. Recent renovations. Enjoyed a casual dinner there tonight.
