Cook Out - Hartsville

I haven't been to The Cook Out for over 6 months, just because they haven't opened the interior for Covid years ago. I like going in and enjoy sitting. Your food is very good, but I won't be back until I can go in and sit down!

This place is in urgent need of a much better administration. First, the drive is consistently slow. You have a walk-in window, but nobody worked it. You have dining room, but surprise surprise it is closed since Kovid. Flashing news, the scam is over! I guess they used Covid as an excuse to further reduce customer service. As regards the quality of food, it is best to be moderate. Comprehensive, I'm going to be my hard constructive criticism... Either get your S together, and offer the standard of quality that the consumer deserves, or go aside, and bring you to Chick-fil-A!

Usually it would be 5 stars above the board for me, but the last few times we got milkshakes were some of the drunk milkshakes. That was three of the last nine. 1. is peach, with 4 large peach slices above. The 2nd should be Oreo-Reesen, it was literally only vanilla ice cream, and the 3rd should be strawberry. It's just unacceptable.

I was here several times, usually after 5:00. Sooooo sloooowwww. If they move you and say they're taking the job to your car, don't do it! You will not bring it to you, they will wait for you to come to the walking window, If you finally go try the window, looking for your lost order, no one will react or come to the walk up window. If you move on to them, you can expect to wait 30 extra minutes, and your order will probably be wrong. If you agree to DONT to draw your order will certainly be wrong, but you will save 30 minutes. Drinking cups are bad and sticky. 2 stars given because the staff smiles and calls you Hunny, sugar and baby when they ask you to pull yourself.

Cookout is always a great choice for our family when we can't decide. Noone can turn down the milkshakes. So of course you'll figure out a meal to go along with it. Thank you cookout for the great meals and sorry we get so many shakes at one time.
