Great meal. Waiter overheard I'm experimenting being a vegetarian, and he brought over Veg. menu. Some good choices. Should maybe publicize more

I like the ambiance and the service... my meal was pretty good (seafood pad Thai), but my wife’s meal was pretty dry and disappointing (bacon wrapped short ribs). I’ve eaten lunch here before and thought it would be a good place for my anniversary dinner. I was wrong..

Trumbull Kitchen is our favorite restaurant in downtown Hartford because of its amazing consistency. The food is always great particularly as there are always new, innovative dishes to try. The service is crisp and unobtrusive and they always get us out on time to get to our event. It was packed on Saturday night but we were seated right away and everyone commented on the fact that despite the full house, we could easily hear one another. It is so nice not to have been deposited at the bar for minutes beforehand. We had an excellent dinner and I was pleased when our server, knowing our show started at brought our check with our coffee so we could leave when we were ready and not have to hunt her down. All in all...it was another A+ experience

Nice place, and it filled up at noon on a Saturday. Good menu offerings, and tasty dishes. Hope to return sometime
