Starbucks - Hartford

I really like our team. We manage to serve customers quickly, and I believe my fellow baristas are very skilled and provide excellent customer service.

This Starbucks is fantastic! When I arrived, the line wrapped all the way to the stairs with about 25 or 30 people ahead of me, but I was served in just five minutes!

The service here is slow and the staff can be quite rude. Instead of prioritizing customers, it seems that the coworkers prefer to chat with one another. I believe my time is valuable, and this experience was disappointing.

Subpar. Not friendly. Used to be much better. They are getting very sloppy on how they make drinks. Too expensive for my drink not to come out good.

Standard Starbucks coffee but service was awfully slow. It took almost 15 minutes to get our coffee and we were 4th in the queue. Nobody requested any...
