Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Hartford

Food was cold cold not even bite into chicken sitting under heat lamp too long, wasted $14 buying a combo I could not eat,have been calling store since no one answered the phone.

It use to be a very diverse place with all different racial backgrounds working there now it seems to just be all Spanish Mexican or ecuadorians who hardly speak or understand English. I order two meals and a drink and they charged me for a large fry instead of my drink. When I went inside to ask them what happen to my drink I was ignored by the two young ladies at the front counter then when I finally got their attention she called the guy who took my order. He say I didn't charge you for the drink I gave you a fry then walked off smfh. So I ordered a drink and the young lady who took my order at the register snatched my money out of my hand. Will not go back to this Popeyes again

The workers are very slow and not friendly at all. Very impatient and always an attitude. Türdash workers don't even try to take orders at night because you have to wait in this long line for 30~45 minutes and time is everything for everyone

I have to stop going to this restaurant. I'm yet to have decent experience here where customer service is concerned. I only ended up here because I was riding with someone who definitely wanted Popeyes and this one is the nearest top my home. They did tell us that there would be a wait for fries. But the five minute estimate turned into 35 minutes!

I always love the tasty chicken they serve here. They got a lot of tasty foods here but the chicken is what I am addicted to. Clean place and well mannered personnel.
