Parrilla Y Sabores - Hartford

Being Colombian myself, I was super excited for this place. The first time we came here last week it was amazing and exactly what we ordered and more. Today, we got shorted an empanada and arepa, AND our beans seem to be moldy… when I called about our order the lady was very nice but the cook she was speaking to IMMEDIATELY became defensive until he REALLY looked at the ticket and realized he genuinely overlooked our sides. Not to mention my dish was supposed to come with mushrooms which it did not. Seems to be a nice place but clearly their cooks are not all on the same page. Wish we had whoever was in the kitchen the first time we came by but after today, I’d rather not take my chances here again. Or get rid of today’s cook because damn that was $60 down the drain.

Family place This place the food is very good but they could be better they are not like before not to mention the waitresses they are too daring they do not respect married or single men they seem like they have never seen men, put people capable of being the job is not about watching, which can be taken away from people. They are daring.

Very good food, the guisado was one of the best I’ve had. Will go again if I come to Connecticut again.
