Melt Down On Park - Hartford

I ordered the brisket sandwich, easily the worst sandwich I have ever ordered from a restaurant, I think there's better quality in McDonald's......which is just sad.....anyways I got soggy bread, old melted cheese and overcooked brisket that were not sliced properly like it was shown in the picture (classic false advertising) but 4-5 triangle chunks in between the sandwich, it was also supposed to come with barbecue sauce, but just like Epstein's jail cell video, it was no where to be found. Don't. Go. Safe yourself the money and the disrespect.

I've seen some pretty rough reviews about this place and from what I see in the pics, they are warranted. I must say though that I have ordered the full Philly cheesesteak and it is very good. I'll knock a star off for the price being a bit high, but a solid sandwich to order, particularly for a hangover. Also like that they are open on Sundays and Mondays. Will return. Would recommend the Philly cheesesteak.

Ordered on grubhub. The pictures made everything look so yummy yummy. They updated delivery to 25 minutes later it arrived cold and in Denny's containers. I took one bite of my giddy up sandwich and spit it out. Absolutely disgusting. Never ever again.

I got the half sized cheesesteak and it wad delicious. Not overly salty or too cheesey or too dry, just the right consistency. It was verrrry messy but worth the napkin usage, for sure. I was full all day off it!

PLEASE DO NOT EAT FROM THIS PLACE I literally have the older man and his minion worker with the bad fried up hair on video getting upset at a customer who requested to have the toppings lightly put on her hot dog. The guy that was there first did not seem like he was in the mood to work. The lady just wanted a loaded hotdog with the items put on very lightly so she may enjoy the flavors without the mess. I get it! Just can’t seem to understand why they did not. So on top of him still packing it on heavily EVEN though the lady specifically requested it be lightly. Ok so now the lady sees this and instead of turning into a person who is upset the worker did not listen to her request, she simply now asked to please NOT wrap her heavily topped hotdog in foil wrap as it would cause these toppings he did not put on lightly AS SHE requested, to spill over and get everything soggy. Oh boy the lady with the burned up bed hair that needed moisturizer, proceeded to get in the customers face and tell her that it’s their job to wrap it, the customer replied yes but I’m just going to eat it now, she raised her voice louder and stated “IT’S OUR JOB TO WRAP IT!!. Man never EVER did I see that, this lady’s boyfriend saw everything transpire and tried to ask calmly TWICE what was the problem and why they were treating her like that. Man listen at the end, that place made it seem like the customers were problematic, and even the supervisor and the lady who runs the place came over AND STILL made it seem like the customers were being loud etc. I feel bad for the customers because they really were being bullied and they SHOULD NOT be there at all. This was a crazy scene that I show to anyone who will watch it. I honestly am horrified at that whole experience and I have no words for what I saw transpire that day. I hope you take this into consideration when doing business with them. I hope the couple sees this and feels better at knowing that people there saw what happened and not to feel the way they felt when they left.
