Dunkin' - Hartford

We all love donuts and coffee, and breakfast. Dunkin’ Donuts have it all! With variety’s of donuts and coffee, also breakfast, this place is the best place to stay warm. Unlike other place where you pay 7 bucks for a coffee, the prices on the establishment is fair. Please, if you have spare change, get yourself a donut and a small iced or hot coffee! They also serve smoothies and hot chocolate. I don’t want to make this paragraph into a whole book, so to make it short, this place is the very best if your looking for a place to hang!

Excellent, medium french vanilla light with two sugars...

I entered the restaurant to purchase a few items as I was with a group of people and did not want to cause a delay at the drive-thru. Upon walking in, I noticed numerous large flies and fruit flies swarming around the donuts. I inquired if this was the only food available, and they confirmed that it was. While I can tolerate one fly, the sight of so many was completely repulsive.

I ordered an underwhelming latte coffee and unfortunately, it was not good. It was not available.

Lol the Dunkin's that makes up their own rules, which is okay for a franchise but why do you advertise different?! Y'all on National Coffee day they charged me for a hot coffee ? because the sign that showed a free medium hot or iced coffee outside the restaurant suddenly changed to iced only. Oh and at 6 pm on more than one occasion the doors are closed and we can only do drive thru but the location closes at 10:00 pm. Hartford Hospital across the street and this is what we deal with after a long day. I don't even go to this location anymore it's never been a full on good experience but after 6 months figured I could try one time again.
