Gino D'acampo - Harrogate

Overall a very good experience. the restaurant was about half full, the staff was attentive and eating was very, very good! I would certainly recommend and in any case will return. only the reason why it wasn't 5 stars was because it added an automatic congratuity to their law of 10.% that we were not aware until the bill restored. so our automatic congratulation came to just a few pence short £20. if the eating and the service was good, I will always tap, but if it is automatically added, it makes me slightly restless. Especially if the carry is more than they think, deserve or more, then they had for, so just something you were when you visited. but overall was a very pleasant experience.

I recently celebrated a birthday party at this restaurant, and it was an amazing experience! The interior is stunning, and the staff is fantastic. No request was too big, and everything was handled with a positive attitude. The service was exceptional and truly made the party memorable. I would like to give a special shout-out to the bartender whose name I unfortunately forgot; he was incredibly friendly, courteous, and patient, going above and beyond to make our night special. I highly recommend this place—100% without a doubt!

Indulge yourself while being served by the attentive and friendly staff, who truly enhance the dining experience. I’m giving this restaurant 4 stars, primarily because the duck was overcooked and dry; however, everything else was fantastic. We spent three hours enjoying the lovely atmosphere and delicious food. Don’t forget to save room for dessert—the berry ice cream was absolutely divine!

This restaurant has a great location that's easy to find on Parliament Street. Overall, the service and food were excellent. The cheese garlic bread and spaghetti carbonara were delicious and authentic. The service was attentive, and the decor was pleasing. However, I was a bit let down by the ice cream, as it tasted like something you'd buy from the store. Given the price, I expected better. Despite this, I had a wonderful experience overall and would definitely return.

Amazed by the quality of the staff , the establishment and the food. We were welcomed by smiling , helpful and elegant staff that treated us as valued customers. The restaurant is modern , elegant and sophisticated. Incredibly good food , well presented by smiling and welcoming staff that have mastered the ultimate client experience.10/10 for us and we will be returning this evening with visiting family members to share this jewel in the crown of Harrogate restaurants.
